Just finished up our brand new program, š˜”š˜¶š˜“š˜¤š˜­š˜¦ š˜‰š˜¶š˜³š˜Æš˜“ š˜š˜¢š˜µ... and I must be honest, I don’t know that I would have followed through for myself if it wasn’t for the accountability of Coaching.

⁣⁣⁣This program was toughhhhh.

⁣

9 weeks, 25-35 minutes a day, my scale barely budged and I was not consistent on a meal plan at all BUT I committed to showing up everyday with and for my team and WE did it!!! ⁣⁣⁣⁣WE done did it. AND PEEP MY RESULTS!🤯
